This machine is completely automated and is capable of stitching the most intricate logo designs to perfection. We also purchased a single head Babylock Professional embroidery machine for sample making. With both machines, we are able to embroider apparel with anything from a simple monogram to a large 17” X 12” design with 12 colors! We are also able to embroider hats with both machines.

We also purchased a state of the art 45” Polar Programmable Cutter. Complete with a paper jogger, scrap conveyor and Transomat paper stacker, this machine is a must see in action! This machine has a sheet size of 28” X 40” and is totally automated. It has a Delta Water System to eliminate "hickeys" in the ink. We can also spot-coat when needed. The inking is computer controlled for accuracy throughout the print run. All this automation and a 15,000 sheet per hour run speed insures quick turn-around time with unparalleled quality and economy.
