The amp is on the far side (passenger/jack side) and the disc changer is in the opposite corner, under the driver's side rear seat. This photo shows the pre-fitting on the components (including my amplifier) onto a template which will late be carpeted.

This is the final fit of the disc changer with the seat up to access the magazines... it's just fits!
